Tell us what you are trying to do and roughly where. For anything beyond a small job we will arrange to come and look at it, because access, soil and water are the things that move a price and none of them show up in a photo.

Walk the site
We look at access for plant, what the ground is likely to do, where spoil can go and how the job fits around what else is happening. If you have consents, a geotech report or drawings, this is when we want to see them.

Straight quote
You get a quote for the work as described, with the assumptions spelled out. If the ground later turns out genuinely different, you hear about it before it becomes a cost rather than after.

Set out and dig
Levels and pegs first, then the machine work. Topsoil comes off and gets stockpiled for reuse, spoil goes where we agreed, and fill goes in compacted in layers rather than dumped.

Hand over clean
The site gets trimmed to level, access reinstated and the place left tidy for the next trade or for stock to come back on. You should not have to tidy up after your contractor.
